With rapid growth the company has now expanded to include a Regional office in South Korea as well as subsidiaries and agents in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and Vietnam. 1961
Formation of Joo Lee Transportation, with a fleet of 8 prime movers and 6 lorries, to operate as the transportation arm of Sin Joo Hup (a pioneer of the 60’s who serviced MNC customers like ICI).

1972
Following the establishment of the container port at PSA, AMEROID Services Pte Ltd was formed to provide more comprehensive services for customers.

1985
AMEROID Warehousing Pte Ltd was formed to meet the strong demand for storage facilities from our growing list of customers.

1991
Responding to market needs for a one stop logistics provider, AMEROID Logistics (S) Pte Ltd was formed to integrate and consolidate our operations in our continuous search for excellence.

Warehousing & Distribution: AMEROID’s investment in warehousing and distribution centres continues to be a key priority. Our most recent warehousing facility is at the $70 million Distribution centre in Jurong, Singapore. Situated at one of the busiest sea hubs in the region, with a total capacity of approximately 50,000 sq.metres of purpose built warehouse space, located strategically at the west and south western part of Singapore, and complemented by equipment with computerised logistics systems to support inventory control, tracking and movement management, we are able to handle all your logistics requirements.

Ocean Forward Services

AMEROID is well equipped to offer an array of full-container load (FCL) and less- than-container load (LCL) services, including consolidations, door-to-door, terminal-to-terminal and port-to-port options.

We handle complete documentation, customs clearance and marine risk insurance services providing customers with a total solutions package in ocean forwarding. From air to sea to land, AMEROID’s multi-modal capabilities and services have put the company in the forefront of the logistics industry.

Airfreight Ground Services

AMEROID’s global airfreight services are integrated with our land and sea capabilities. As a one-stop service provider, our customers enjoy the added convenience and cost-saving benefits of door-to-door and airport- to-airport deliveries, chartered services as well as import, customs clearance and documentation services.
